Afroman falls off the stage during a live performance

On Friday, November 18, Afroman had an hour-long set at Wally’s in Hampton Beach, New Hampshire. Towards the end of his performance he was grooving to his song ‘Cause I got high when he suddenly had a splash and walked down the stage. In video of the incident obtained by tabloid TMZ, the singer was seen walking the stage with a drink in hand.

While the crowd enjoyed his performance, Afroman, whose real name is Joseph Edgar Foreman, made a misstep and fell off the stage into a pit as his drink flew high in the air. Concert-goers were initially worried about the rapper, and his staff descended from the stage to help him and ask if he was okay.

Afroman, however, smiled at his fans and went straight back onto the stage. The singer then continued his performance, entertaining the audience without any embarrassment. Throughout the event, the DJ also had some technical issues with the laptop, but Afroman continued with his gig, covering up the delays with his guitar piece.

The rapper faced a similar incident two years ago

This isn’t the first time the Palmdale singer has had an accident on stage. He also fell on stage during a 2020 performance while having a show at the Montbleu Resort in Lake Tahon. During the performance, he was in the middle of his song Crazy Rap (Colt 45 & 2 Zig Zags) when he slipped and fell on stage.

The rapper then quickly jumped back with little help and continued his set. A video of the incident went viral on social media, showing Afroman singing his hit song with a microphone in one hand and his pimp cup in the other before falling onto the stage.

The rapper’s rep, Ditch, announced at the time that he was not injured in the fall and was perfectly fine. Well, the singer started dancing almost immediately after getting back to his feet, so people were already assuming the fall wasn’t too damaging.

After the event, Afroman was seen hanging out with a mystery woman as he held on to the pimp cup. He also said that he was able to keep the chalice from harm. Ditch also revealed that the mug in question was quite expensive. It was designed by Debbie the Glass Lady, the maker of the Crunk Cup, and cost around $3,000.
