Casino Theater offers annual Christmas show

The Casino Theatre, Vandergrift will present the 25th Annual Hometown Christmas Production, Going Home, on Friday and Saturday at 7:30pm and November 27th at 2pm.

Tickets cost $15 and are available at Pomfret’s Paint and Variety, 149 Farragut Ave., Vandergrift, at casinotheatre.org and at the door.


Grocery distribution planned at Lernerville Speedway

The Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank is hosting a drive-through food distribution for those in need Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Lernerville Speedway, 313 N. Pike Road, Buffalo Township.

No reservations are required. Guests should remain in their vehicles and open their door or trunk and will be served on a first come, first served basis.

Wednesday: The Department of Secondhand Clothing at the Freeport United Methodist Church, 211 Fourth St. is open from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. All items are free, but donations are accepted. Items available include clothing of all sizes, bedding and window items. Donations of fall and winter clothing, shoes and boots are welcome. Donations must be washed and free of pet hair.
